4 Grow Taller Exercises

It's a fact that the world we live in today that weight and height are play a crucial factor in ones well being in everyday life. These two factors have been proven to play a major influence in ones chances of being promoted in the work place or attaining that dream job. Shorter people tend to be less successful than taller people.

Most people think that after the age of 21 when your body stops growing that they have to accept their height for the rest of their life, but this is now not necessarily the case as you can still do something about it. It has been scientifically proven that by doing daily grow taller exercises most people can grow taller naturally with a height increase of up to 6 inches not being out of the question. You have to be committed to a daily exercise routine and cannot just think that height increase will happen after the first time you endure these exercises. So don't expect to see any difference in your height after your first training session.

Many herbal products and other expensive over the counter grow taller pills are available on the market today which claim to increase your height. Having tried most grow taller pills and ending up dishing out substantial amounts of money for I never grew one inch and I wasn't doing anything wrong. I took my tablets every time I should have. Needless to say I ended flushing the grow taller pills down the toilet pan.

After my failure with the tablets I was still obsessed with growing taller that I began an exercise routine for around 2 months and grew an extra 2.5 inches. I admit that the during the first month I rushed home from work everyday to start my workout and then measure myself only to find no difference in my height. This really made me want to quit and I was about to give up, but I said what the hell I'll give it 6 months of my life and measure myself once every 6 weeks so

I wouldn't feel like quitting again then sure enough after slogging out the first 6 weeks I took my first real measurement which showed I had grown almost one inch. It wasn't that much but some people would die for an extra inch. This was the boost I needed to keep going and I am glad I did. I feel so much more confident about myself now. I grew an extra 2.5 inches in total, even though I am still not the tallest person in my work place I am not the shortest. Now I don't have to increase my shoe height just so I can be at eye level with most people. I am now given a lot more respect wherever I go, funny that ain't it.

The daily exercises, which make up part of my daily routine, are as follows;

Multiple Stretching exercises;

- Wall stretching: place your bank against a wall, put your arms up as high as you can stand on your tip toes and stretching taller, as far up the wall as you can repeat this around 10 times once a day.

- Touch Toes: Stand up straight put your arms straight up in the air, bend over and touch your toes keeping your legs straight and then repeat 10 times.

- Hanging: Yes that's correct hanging from an actual bar is a brilliant way to grow taller. It helps to increase the length of your spine. This should be done for around 25 minutes per week.

- Swim at least twice per week.

Eating a healthy diet also helps and get a decent amount of sleep every night.
